Delivery: Standard Ocean Freight – 75-90 days after approval of sample and receipt of purchase order.

Standard Air Freight – Approximately 45 days after approval of sample and receipt of purchase order.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing. No cancellations accepted after sample approval.

Artwork: For the most accurate and speedy samples, we prefer vector art in Adobe Illustrator (MAC). We can convert JPEG or TIFF to vector art; but, this may incur additional days added to your sample delivery.

Artwork may be submitted via email or CD. Please include contact information, fonts, Pantone colors and a printed proof.
